Special Education Records
All schools are required to maintain special education records for a minimum of three years from the date a student no longer received special education and related services.
In accordance with the state and federal regulations implementing the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, this is to inform you of our intent to destroy personally identifiable information related to special education services for 2017 graduates. Letters have been sent to those with viable addresses. In case we had no address on file for you, this notice is serving to inform you of our intent.
If you would like your special education records, please contact the school at 573-763-5666. Otherwise, the records will be destroyed on September 1, 2020.
